At Canadian Insurance, we intend to give you
as much control as possible over your personal information. In general,
you can visit Canadian Insurance on the Web without telling us who
you are or revealing any information about yourself. The information
we collect is primarily business contact information only.
There are times, however, when we may need
to collect personal information about you - to fulfill a subscription
request, to complete an order for advertising or for one of our
products, to communicate with you in the normal course of business,
or to confirm the correct data for our print and online business
directories - for example. Before we collect any personal information
from you, we will let you know how we intend to use that information.
If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information published
or used as intended, we will respect your wishes. We have implemented
these practices for the Canadian Insurance web site, and for all
our printed products.

We intend to protect the quality and integrity
of your personally identifiable information. We have implemented
appropriate technical and managerial procedures to maintain information
that is accurate, current, and complete. We will make a sincere
effort to respond to your requests to correct information inaccuracies
in a timely manner, and have implemented feedback forms, telephone
numbers and fax numbers for that purpose. We do not rent, sell or
share any of the personal information that we collect for the purposes
indicated.

The Canadian Insurance site contains links
to other Web sites. Canadian Insurance is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

On our web site, we track the domain addresses
from which people visit. We analyze this data for trends and statistics,
and then we discard it. There are various technologies, including
one called "cookies", which can be used to provide tailored
information from a Web site. A cookie is an element of data that
a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on
your system. At this time we have not implemented any such technologies.
Before doing so, we shall post our position on their use.
